Shipping Policy
Shipplicity continues to offer the fastest and best shipping in the
industry. With our efficient online ordering system, orders arrive at the
warehouse in minutes, not hours, and most orders are processed the very same
day. Some of Shipplicity's advantages include:
- No minimum order. You won't be charged extra for small
orders.
- Free Ground Shipping charges on all individual orders over $99 and under 75
pounds. Otherwise, pay a low $8 shipping charge per order plus
$0.35 per pound over 75 pounds. Ask about shipping outside the
continental U.S.. (All items in each order must ship to the same location.)
- No Special Handling Fees or other special charges! What you see is
what you pay!
- Receive most orders in 3-4 business days. Orders with larger items
may take longer, and some items may have to be shipped longer distances due
to limited availability. Use our inventory locator tool to determine how close
our merchandise is to the ship-to address. Allow more time outside the continental U.S..
- Expedited Shipping available on select items. If you see an
'Expedited Shipping Available' symbol on the product summary, faster shipping
times are available for that particular item. Additional shipping
charges are displayed at checkout and you can specify what level of shipping
you want on the Google checkout screen.
- Track your order on our website! Available
24 hours a day, you may click on shipping tracking numbers on our website,
allowing you to see your package's status.
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have received, you may
return items to Shipplicity for refund or exchange. Unless an item arrives
damaged, the shipping charges are not refundable and and shipping costs to
return the item are to be paid by the customer. |
